At Body Candy, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a smooth refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
